Level 1 spill kit training

This 30 minute Training Session includes:

• What are the main provisions of the Environment Protection Act 1994 and how do they benefit us?
• Awareness of materials stored at your site and their MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
• Introduction to Emergency Spill Kits located around your site.
• How to use the various products in those Spill Kits in the event of a spill.
• What are the different characteristics of those products?
• How to prevent spills entering waterways (storm water drains etc).
• Basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Further safety considerations after clean up.
• Disposal of used product.
• Product absorption capacities.

Please Note: Minimum charge is for 5 persons. If long distance/overnight stay is required, an extra charge will apply for travelling and/or overnight expenses.

Gold Coast/Brisbane Metro Areas – no travelling expenses will apply.
