IBC Spill Bunds are a great choice providing secondary containment for leaks and spills whilst storing IBC’s. However, for IBC’s in outdoor storage scenario’s, periods of rainy weather can fill the bunds sump potentially risking spilt liquid overflowing out of the bund.

IBC Bund covers have been designed to prevent rain from reaching the bund sump preventing overflow spills whilst providing the IBC with UV and weather protection.   They are manufactured from HD, UV resistant PVC with a variety of options including, size, access points, zipper & Velcro options, eyelets and shock cord to tighten the base of the cover. They are manufactured to suit specific site requirements in our Brisbane factory with quick turnaround times and a high standard of workmanship.

Double IBC Pallet Bunds are a popular choice for providing secondary containment for leaks and spills whilst storing IBC’s and other containers. However, if they are required to be stored outdoors, cover protection should be acquired.

Double IBC Covers, supplied with a frame, provide great weather protection and protection from other debris from entering the sump. Keeping rain water from filling the sump is the prime reason for investing in this product. Bund capacities are generally calculated to hold 110% of the liquid stored. If rain water accumulates in the bund sump and a leak from stored drums eventuated, the risk therefore would be the bund overflowing causing a spill.

Double IBC Covers are manufactured from a Heavy Duty, UV treated PVC. They feature industrial grade #10 zippers with double door access on the front with Velcro tabs to roll up the access points. Velcro tabs are also featured internally to secure the cover to the frame. The frame manufactured from galvanised steel is dispatched flat packed with the cover and assembles quickly. Covers and frames are available for both 2 and 4 Drum Bunds with custom options available.

Drive Over Floor Bunding is designed for applications where non aggressive liquids are being stored and forklift or truck access is also required. Its constructed with HF welded Heavy Duty 900gsm PVC, encasing high quality 100% memory foam. This combination provides durability and ease of access. The memory foam instantly returns to shape once clear of the vehicle’s wheels.

The bund is secured to the floor with an adhesive. For heavy duty applications, flat bar can be fixed each side of the bund and dyna-bolted into the concrete. Drive over Floor Bunding is 75mm high and supplied in 5meter or custom made lengths. Corner pieces can be added to meet specific site requirements. Please contact us for further information.

Collapsible Bunds provide cost-effective temporary storage for liquids and chemicals whilst containing potential spills and leaks. These Bunds are easy to store and quick to deploy. The external folding legs lock into place keeping the 300mm side walls rigid. Within seconds, the legs can be unlocked and folded down allowing access for pallet jacks, forklifts and vehicles.  Eyelets are also provided on the base of the legs if pegging to soft ground is required.
